We made it home! We again enjoyed our 1st class seating, (THANKS MIKE- Lorene says it is the "Cat's Meow". Food was not as tasty but the gin and tonic, wine and food put us to sleep pretty well. This time they gave us travel bags that helped me. It contained eye mask, ear plugs, toothpaste & brush, etc. The eye mask worked for me!
We froze in the "cigar" plane as Mike calls them from Newark to Omaha. Wow, we missed our 1st Class seating on the second leg! We had a beautiful lightening show on the way home and didn't even mind our stop for gas @ 12:45. In fact, I have unloaded my suit case, started a load of laundry, displayed the gifts for the boys and it is 2:45. I just popped a benadryl and will pour myself a glass of wine so I can maybe fall asleep. What is it in China???
